What Will You Learn?

You'll gain the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to succeed in today's competitive global business environment, while also developing your personal and professional leadership abilities.

You'll build a strong foundation in core business areas, including accounting, finance, marketing and operations, giving you a clear understanding of how organisations function and make decisions. Alongside this, you'll develop key management skills such as strategic thinking, problem-solving, and leading and managing people effectively.

The course combines academic theory with practical experience. You'll work on real-life consulting projects, receive structured support for entrepreneurial ideas, and take part in monthly sessions led by senior industry professionals, offering valuable sector insights and essential leadership skills.

The programme is delivered in 5-week blocks, with three teaching weeks followed by two assessment weeks. You'll study one module at a time, allowing you to focus in depth on each subject, with a short break typically scheduled between blocks before the next module begins.
