Entry requirements
To be admitted to Tio’s Master programme, you must meet the following requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree
You must hold a bachelor's degree equivalent to the Dutch standard for admission to a master’s programme. This will be assessed by Tio’s Admissions Team.
2. English language proficiency
You are required to demonstrate a CEFR level of C1 or higher. Tio accepts one of the following qualifications as proof of English proficiency:

TOEFL iBT: ≥ 90 points

IELTS Academic: ≥ 6.5 overall

PTE Pearson: ≥ 64 points

Cambridge exam: ≥ 180 points
Exemptions apply if:

You are from (or completed your bachelor’s degree in) one of the following countries:
United Kingdom, United States, Ireland, Canada, Australia, or New Zealand
3. Knowledge of finance and marketing
Basic prior knowledge of finance and marketing is required. After registration, Tio will assess your background to determine whether your knowledge meets the necessary level. If not, you may follow a preparatory module at the start of the programme.
4. Work experience
Relevant work experience (0–3 years) is recommended.
