Our English-language bachelor's degree program in Facility & Real Estate Management prepares you for the global challenges of the international real estate industry.

Entry requirements

Accepted degrees:

• General higher education entrance qualification (Matura/Abitur)

• University entrance qualification examination

• Working student's entrance examination (Berufsreifeprüfung - completion of all sections by October 31)

• Relevant German entrance qualification for universities of applied sciences (Fachhochschulreife)

• At least three years of vocational school with supplementary examinations

• Training in the dual system (relevant apprenticeship) with supplementary examinations
