About Stress in the Workplace, Short Course - at University of Wales Trinity Saint David
Course Overview
Learners will explore the symptoms, causes and effects of stress as a physical and psychological response, and indicators of the levels of stress in the workplace. They will be introduced to measures which can reduce the level of stress.

Assessment
A written assignment of 1500 words or equivalent reflecting on their experience of stress in the workplace.
Further Information
You will be required to attend two half-day teaching sessions at the Carmarthen Campus. These days will provide you with a secure foundation for your study. Throughout this module you will be supported by a Tutor. This support can either be face-to-face, via telephone, email or Skype - or a mix of all these. You will be required to complete the module within three months of the induction.
