Course Overview
Learners will explore HSE guidance on management standards to reduce workplace stress and the use of surveys to monitor its prevalence, with an examination of the methodology of survey design.

Assessment
A written assignments, 2500 words or equivalent in total, discussing stress in the workplace and making recommendations to reduce its impact.
Further Information
You will be required to attend two half-day teaching sessions at the Carmarthen Campus. These days will provide you with a secure foundation for your study. Throughout this module you will be supported by a Tutor. This support can either be face-to-face, via telephone, email or Skype - or a mix of all these. You will be required to complete the module within three months of the induction.
