Course overview
This course gives you the knowledge and expertise for careers in national and international management. It is project-based and focuses on business analysis skills and developing confidence.
You gain experience in managing people and projects, and presenting your opinions and making recommendations - the qualities businesses seek in graduates.
You cover the core areas of business including marketing, finance and management practice. You then specialise in international business, studying topics such as global business culture and business in emerging markets.
Option modules, including business in the EU or business in China, allow you to tailor the degree towards your interests and career needs. You can also take a foreign language.
You may study for a semester abroad in a country such as * Australia * Netherlands * Canada * the USA.

You can also take a paid one year placement in the UK or abroad, which gives you valuable work experience. You apply your developing skills and knowledge to real life situations. This further improves your ability and makes you more employable when you graduate.
