Entry requirements
SQA Higher: BCC
GCE A Level: CC
ILC Higher: BC1C1
IB Diploma: 24
Alternative Qualifications: HNC or equivalent qualifications will be considered for year 1 and potentially year 2 entry. Overseas qualifications and access programmes will be considered on an individual basis.
Applications are welcomed from students with alternative qualifications and relevant work experience.
Degree Link Programme: HND Tourism or Travel with Tourism qualifications from one of our partner FE Colleges will be considered for entry to year 3. Advanced Entry students to year 3 will have the opportunity to undertake work experience in Semester 2 lasting 24 weeks.
Placements and accreditations
There are placement opportunities available locally, nationally and internationally, such as at Eastern Airways, Edinburgh Castle, Royal Yacht Britannia, VisitScotland, Chessington World of Adventures, PGL UK & European Summer Holiday Camps, Canvas Holidays, Waccabuc Golf and Country Club (USA), Disney Worldwide Services Inc (USA) and The Broadmoor Resort, Colorado Springs (USA).
This course is accredited by the Institute of Hospitality and entitles you to membership, providing opportunities to attend industry events, network with professionals and access learning materials.

UK/EU Students
- New students: £1820 for academic year 2010/11
Students from Scotland and the EU are not liable to pay fees and should apply to SAAS for funding.
If you are from England, Wales or Northern Ireland you should apply to the appropriate funding body.
