Student and alumni reviews
As an international student at Inholland, the experience is truly something special. Having classmates from different countries is great because you can make new friends, build connections, and share experiences from all over the world.
During my Tourism Management studies, I have the chance to learn from knowledgeable and supportive lecturers. Beyond studying, we can also take part in events at the university or even help organise them.
The building is also well located and has great facilities. For example, there’s a good café where you can grab something during your breaks, and each floor has vending machines where you can buy drinks. Students can also stay on campus to study or relax with friends.
Inholland organises plenty of events for international students and for the wider student community, which makes it easy to meet people from different programmes. Both lecturers and peers are helpful, and you can really rely on them if you have any problems. Being a student there doesn’t only mean studying you also get opportunities to enjoy your time and make memories you won’t forget.
This university and programme have helped me shape my future and think more clearly about what I want to achieve in life. Before I started, I didn’t have a clear plan, but through the programme and different projects, I began to understand what I truly enjoy doing.
I have also grown a lot personally. Group projects and presentations helped me become more confident and improve my communication skills. These experiences pushed me out of my comfort zone.

The hands-on approach to learning has helped me build a strong foundation through working on real-world projects and work-placements. I myself joined the AQUILO Rocket Team, where we design, build, test, and launch rockets. It’s been a great way to make friends, build connections, and grow both personally and professionally. Overall, I really enjoy studying at Inholland, and I feel well-prepared for my future engineering career.
