Course overview

Set up in 1975 by ESSEC Business School to meet the needs of French firms launching operations on the international market, EPSCI is now a leader in international corporate management education. Students must be fluent in French and pass a competitive exam in order to be admitted. Take time to discover our program!

Key objectives

EPSCI, a four-year program started directly after secondary school, trains future international managers to be both versatile and specialized, operational and independent, mobile and multicultural. Students must spend a minimum one year in a foreign country.

Degree

By Ministerial decision of 3 November 1994, the EPSCI degree is certified by the Ministry of Higher Education and Research. It is approved at Level II (equivalent to a university master’s degree) and is accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business and EQUIS (European Quality Improvement System).

Largely based on management courses in French and English, on economics and strategy that is both general and international, the EPSCI curriculum also stresses three languages (at least 12 hours per week) and professional experience, through internships lasting 5 to 12 months in France and abroad. Group work is an important part of the program.
