Course overview
This is vocational and skills specific course suitable only for those who have a desire to pursue Journalism as a career.
Journalists must have the essential skills of writing and research but are now expected to record sound, shoot video and edit on digital systems. They are also increasingly expected to produce their own web content.This course has been developed to ensure that students are well versed and practiced in the digital skills which are the future of Journalism.
You'll acquire these skills on this course to enable you to position yourself for the world of work, or university.
There will be an opportunity to specialise in the area of journalism you are most interested in.
