Course overview

For many years, patient care followed a "one-size-fits-all" model, applying uniform diagnostic and treatment approaches irrespective of individual differences such as genetics, gender, or lifestyle. In recent decades, however, precision medicine has redefined this paradigm, enabling a more targeted and individualized approach to healthcare by integrating genetic, molecular, environmental, and lifestyle data.

The MSc Precision Medicine in Clinical Practice is designed to empower healthcare professionals and scientists from biomedical, engineering, and computational backgrounds with the expertise required to translate precision medicine into clinical reality.

The programme delivers a dynamic, multidisciplinary curriculum encompassing genetics, molecular diagnostics, pharmacology, clinical trials, artificial intelligence and machine learning, nanomedicine, physiological systems, and ethical frameworks. Through this comprehensive approach, graduates are equipped to drive innovation and contribute meaningfully to the evolution of modern healthcare.
