Overview of the university
Based in the city of Lincoln in the East Midlands, Lincoln Bishop University was established in 1862 as a Teacher Training College. The Univesity has a rich history and heritage and an outstanding reputation - voted first in four categories of the National Student Survey (NSS) 2025, incluidng Teaching, Learning Opportunities, Assessment and Feedback and Studnet Voice. Lincoln Bishop provides postgraduate and undergraduate programmes for over 2,000 students in the following areas; Archaeology, Business, Counselling, Early Childhood Studies, Education Studies, English Literature, Health and Social Care, Humanities, Primary Education with QTS, Psychology, Sociology, Special Educational Needs and Inclusion, Sport, Theology, and TESOL.
Lincoln Bishop has a range of first class teaching and study facilities, and an on-site cinema, set in a beautiful and peaceful campus, they have everything a student could need to succeed.
