Course overview

This course is available to bachelor degree graduates from any discipline. As well as exploring legal practice and ethics, this course covers all major areas of law including contracts, torts, property, constitutional, criminal and corporate. You will develop valuable skills in negotiation, mediation, legal drafting, statutory interpretation and preparing for court appearances. When you graduate, you’ll have satisfied the academic requirements for admission to legal practice in Victoria. Admission as an Australian lawyer can be obtained after successful completion of the practical legal training requirements.
