This programme is designed for graduates and/or those with recent relevant professional experience to enhance their employability and effectiveness via the development of a range of cognitive, intellectual, practical, personal and interpersonal skills combined with knowledge about the hospitality and event industry. The award provides a contextual knowledge base from which students can interpret relevant concepts and theories and develop ideas to provide solutions to the complex challenges facing hospitality and event organisations.
