Course overview
The Bachelor of Social Science (Social Justice and Asian Studies) allows students to explore the political, psychological, cultural and environmental issues that shape Asian societies. This degree will allow students to combine Asian language and culture with theoretical perspectives and apply it to Asian institutional structures, policy frameworks, political systems and ideologies, economies and security regimes. Students will also study the complexities of cross-cultural interaction and issues. Asian Studies combined with social science will prepare students for a career in the public service, ethnic affairs, foreign affairs and defence, business, international trade and tourism.
