Course overview

Would you like to get ahead of the game in the competitive field of law? The University of South Wales is the only higher education institution in South Wales that offers the opportunity to achieve an LLB (Hons) degree after just two years full-time study.

University of South Wales is a Top 50 Law School, according to Guardian League Tables, and prides itself on its excellent teaching and student support.

The LLB (Hons) Law Accelerated Route course has been designed for graduates of other disciplines, or those who have successfully completed an HND or one year of study at university.

It's a qualifying law degree for the purpose of the Solicitors Regulation Authority and The Bar Council. So you could opt to progress onto the Legal Practice Course if you want to be a solicitor, or the Bar Professional Training Course if you want to be a barrister.

English Requirements

In general, international applicants will need to have achieved an overall IELTS grade of 6.0 with a minimum score of 5.5 in each component.
