Course overview

This programme will give you comprehensive, high level education in human resources management so that you can develop a rewarding HR career.
You'll gain:-
- a knowledge of HR principles and current issues as they relate to businesses
- the skills needed to work in HR management
- the ability to evaluate critically HRM issues both locally and globally
- analytical techniques needed for the effective tactical and strategic management of organisations
- IT skills, including use of a range of financial and statistical software
- effective written and spoken communication skills
This 12-month programme consists of eight taught compulsory modules followed by a research project carried out over the summer period upon completion of Semester Two.
