Course overview
The Postgraduate Certificate in Effective Middle Leadership brings together professional and academic expertise to support middle leaders in developing knowledge, understanding and skills to maximise their effectiveness as school leaders.
The course, which is a collaboration between the Association for School and College Leaders (ASCL) and the University of Leicester, offers you unique opportunities to work with practitioners in collaboration with learning professionals from ASCL and researchers from the University's School of Education.
You will have support from peers on the course in addition to tutor-facilitated opportunities, and you will contribute to and initiate leadership-related discussions in your own setting and beyond.
