About Business Purchasing and Supply Chain Management, BA (Hons) - at University of Greenwich

Every organisation needs to source and buy materials and resources, so procurement and purchasing skills are in high demand. This programme will provide you with an understanding of business management as well as the opportunity to specialise in the purchasing and supply chain management functions of business, in sectors such as retail, service, manufacturing and fashion.

You will study the functions of purchasing and supply chain management and their role within and across organisations in the context of the changing global environment, considering requirements for sustainable management and reduced carbon footprint from business operations.

You will learn about processes and value chains, project management, economics, distribution, international purchasing and supply chain management, and sustainable business development.

The programme is accredited by the Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply (CIPS), the leading professional body in the field. Successful graduates can gain affiliate membership and the CIPS Level 6 Graduate Diploma, boosting your early careers.

They also provide you with CV support and will inviteyou to employment fairs to network with employers and recruiters fromindustries.
