Course overview
On this programme you will explore issues in philosophy of mind and the cognitive sciences, such as the nature of intentionality, physicalism, philosophical issues concerning rationality and interpretation, and consciousness. You will be taught by a vibrant community of philosophers, pursuing original research on a wide range of topics on which expert supervision is available, including the philosophy of mind and cognitive science. You will participate in a weekly Postgraduate Seminar and in the regular meetings of PhilSoc and the Staff Seminar.
Entry requirements
Students need to have an IELTS score of 6.5 with no less than 6.0 in any band; TOEFL 88 overall with no less than 21 in Reading, 20 in Listening, 22 in Speaking, 21 in Writing, or PTE Academic 59 in all 4 skills.Courses you may be interested in at other institutions
