Course overview
Our graduates have unlimited oppurtunities in getting jobs either in public or private sectors. In public sectors they may work at food related government bodies like Department of Health, Educational Institutions, MARDI, SIRIM, MPOB and others. They may join various industries like cereal manufacturing, bakery products, sugar refinery, manufacturing of flour-based sweetening agent, chocolate and confectionary products, fish processing, milk and dairy products, fruits and vegetable products, canning industry, edible oils and its products and beverages. The scope of career may vary from production supervisors, quality assurance supervisors, technicians, assistant chemist, R&D assistants, operators and others.

Entry requirements
SPM :
Pass SPM/SPMV with at least in English and credit for the five (5) listed subjects:
a) Bahasa Melayu
b) Mathematics
c) Science/Technical/Vocational*and d) Two other subjects
*Physics/Chemistry/Biology/Science/Additional Science/other technical subjects
O Level :
Pass O Level with minimum Grade C in five (5) subjects includes Mathematics, one (1) Science subjects OR technical OR Vokasional and two (2) other subjects and at least pass English
