Course overview

This course is designed to provide a high level of postgraduate training for doctors interested in becoming cardiologists. It aims to provide the theoretical knowledge, technical skills and research skills necessary to run a comprehensive cardiac service

The course consists of lectures, clinically supervised practical procedures in the management of the cardiac patient, and a research project/dissertation.

The course is assessed by examination, continual assessment and assessment of the research project/dissertation.
