The Student Finance service provides student loans to help pay for tuition fees and the cost of living, depending on your circumstances.
You'll be charged interest on your loan as soon as you take it out, but you only start repayments once you earn more than a certain amount - currently £21,000.
Repayments are based on how much you earn, not how much you've borrowed.
Course overview
A one-year, full-time Master's degree designed to produce fully rounded managers with an emphasis on finance. You’ll focus on how a business creates and measures value, and how to approach accounting and finance from a strategic perspective.
The programme combines finance and accounting with a detailed examination of other disciplines required for the management of organisations. This also allows you to consider financial decision making from multiple perspectives.
Key elements include:
Business economics
Operations management
Strategic accounting and financial management
International business
Marketing planning and strategy
You’ll benefit from facilities such as the Bradford Trading Room, which provides access to real-life market trading data provided by Bloomberg Professional. This will give you a feel for real investment decisions made in industry, and how to deal responsibly with financial and economic market data.
As you will study and gain skills in all areas of business, you’ll have a broad range of career paths open to you on graduation.
