About Health Psychology, MSc - at University of Staffordshire
- First or 2.1 Honours degree (or equivalent) in Psychology recognised by the British Psychological Society (BPS) as providing Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC)
- We will seek two references prior to offering a place on the course. One of these must be qualified to comment on your academic abilities.
- A personal statement outlining your interest in Health Psychology must also be included with your application.
Additional requirements for overseas applicants:
- Applicants who have not completed their degree at a recognised UK university must obtain Graduate Basis for Chartership (GBC) from the British Psychological Society (BPS) and include evidence of this with their application.
- Applicants whose first language is not English must have achieved 7.0 or above on all components of the IELTS and provide evidence of this with their application.

If you have a BSc Hons in psychology at a 2.2 level and recent clinical experience or other relevant qualifications you may be eligible to register for the certificate in Health Psychology, with the potential to progress to the MSc.
