Course overview

The graduate knows and understands the issues of society and cognitive theories related to social and economic development, as well as complex relationships and dependencies between social structures and institutions in the national and global context, to an in-depth understanding. The graduate knows and understands in-depth the subject of the area of analysis and cognitive processes in the assessment of behavior in economic organizations and public institutions. The graduate knows the theories regarding the development of information and communication technologies and understands the phenomena occurring in the space of digital media from the perspective of cognitive science, and knows and understands to an in-depth level symbolic systems and theories of communication and management. The graduate is able to adapt or develop innovative methods, techniques and research tools, including advanced IT techniques for the diagnosis and solution of unusual social and organizational problems. The graduate is able to design – in accordance with the given specification – and make simple technical systems and implement technological processes, using appropriately selected methods, techniques, tools and materials. The graduate is able to use the structured and theoretically founded knowledge to implement integrated management systems, production systems, as well as the analysis and modeling of processes in the enterprise with the use of cognitive technologies. The graduate is able to use the acquired knowledge in the field of algorithms, methods, tools and systems of artificial intelligence, in particular in the field of machine learning, in solving tasks related to the acquisition, processing and presentation of data.
