Course overview

This course is part of our built environment programme and is one of our construction, building and project management courses. This course is for professionals in all areas of construction including * architecture * quantity surveying * building surveying * civil engineering. We designed the course in collaboration with industry and professionals. It equips you with the skills and knowledge necessary to manage construction projects to a high professional level. The course is flexible and adaptable to your needs and the needs of your business. You study topics such as management, contract procurement and construction economics. This gives you a thorough understanding of the complex legal, financial, procedural and practical areas of managing construction projects. You learn to finish projects within time and cost constraints, and safety and quality guidelines, taking into account essential legal, personnel and environmental considerations. The course is available full-time or part-time, so you can study as much or as little as your work commitments allow. It also gives you the chance to meet and share ideas and experiences with professionals from a wide range of national and international companies, from all levels of management.
