- Students who have successfully taken the centralised SQE 1 assessment or have studied a recognised SQE1 preparation course.
- Students who have already successfully completed their LPC who may be able to qualify as a solicitor without completing a training contract if they successfully pass SQE 2 and complete 2 years ‘qualifying work experience’.
