Course overview
Studying a Marine Biology Honours course will extend the knowledge you've built in your undergraduate Marine Biology degree. You'll complete advanced coursework in research skills to prepare you to complete an independent research project in an area of interest to you. Areas of study you can choose from include marine vertebrates, marine invertebrates, ecology, physiology and eco-tourism, marine plants, climate change impacts, fisheries. Your research project will provide the basis for a detailed thesis on your project findings, building your skills in academic writing and communication.
