Course overview

Perform your way to a music qualification

If you have music performance ability, but little or no theory or music notation knowledge, then our Certificate IV in Music Industry (Performance) is for you.

Course outcomes

You will have one-to-one tuition on your instrument/voice, perform contemporary and commercial music in bands, and learn music fundamentals (theory, aural, reading, keyboard). Push your own boundaries by singing in a vocal ensemble, learn music technology, and develop networking/business skills.

We encourage you to network with other musicians and students in other areas of music industry, and to immerse yourself within the vibrant Melbourne music scene.
