In this course, you'll learn methods you can use to create unique experiences in the form of prototypes to be tested by users.
Service Design for Innovation is an intensive summer course taught in English. It focuses on the most innovation methodology used to design interesting, new services or improve the services currently being offered. This specialisation has quickly become fundamental to all kinds of organisations committed to identifying innovative opportunities that meet the needs and suit the interests of their users.
In this course, you'll explore and apply Service Design tools to a challenge, to give you a comprehensive vision of how service design works. We cover every stage of the process, leaving no stone unturned.
