About MSc in Management Consulting, MSc - at Grenoble Graduate School of Business

Objectives:

The Msc in Management Consulting prepares students to address organizational issues faced by companies and train them to analyze, assist, suggest and apply creative and efficient solutions.

 

Program description:

The program includes three main modules:

- Introduction Class

- Management and Consulting Foundations

- Developing Consulting Expertise

 

The class integrates case studies and a consulting assignment report in order to provide students with application of theory based on real life company issues.

During the first year, students follow courses about management and consulting, and work on case study projects:

-          Study skills and techniques

-          Intercultural management and communication

-          Personal and professional  development for consultants

-          Research tools and methodologies for consultants

-          Perspective on clients

-          Driving change and transformations in organizations

-          Creativity management …

The second year is dedicated to the Consulting assignment report. It is an opportunity to become an expert in a specific business field.

 

Career opportunities:

The MSc gives the opportunity to reach positions in traditional consulting, boutique consulting and internal consulting.

 

The MSc in Management Consulting aims to give students know-how, knowledge and skills to construct efficient, effective responses to global and local companies’ issues. Based on a comprehensive vision of management and consulting, the training provides the tools and techniques required in this field.

This MSc is open to holders of a Bachelor-level degree (or equivalent)
