Course overview
The programme has a duration of four years. Approximately half of the study time will be allo-cated to self-study, either at home or at school. The other half of the study time will be allocated to (working) lectures and practical lessons. During the lectures the theory will be covered. During the practical lessons, you will practice physiotherapy skills, such as Massage Therapy and Movement Therapy - with, and on - one another. During the medical practical sessions, you will learn about the structure and workings of your own body. All of the subjects covered will be interrelated. Your manner of dealing with people will also be important, as you will learn to practice a profession in which dealing with people will be a key aspect of your role.
Entry requirements
As a prospective student for the Physiotherapy English Stream programme you must have a diploma of (senior) secondary general education or (senior) secondary vocational education that is equivalent to Dutch standards. The diploma and list of grades of your previous education will be evaluated to determine if you are admissible based on this diploma.
