Course overview
Our Master's degree in MultimediaArt is aimed at students who want to perfect their design and creative skills. The course focuses on cutting-edge design skills and allows you to develop your signature style as a designer. Become a specialist in multimedia design and creation and management, plus build on your design profile through challenging innovating projects.
Modern communication design requires holistic approaches, networked thinking, and strong ideas. Thanks to your Master's degree in MultiMediaArt, you will expand your design skills at the highest level and sharpen your vision towards creative and artistic challenges.
Particular attention is paid to the topic of cross media during the course of your studies. In interdisciplinary teams, you will learn how to develop sophisticated cross media works such as feature films, games, or interactive media installations.
As the perfect add-on to our Bachelor's degree at Salzburg University of Applied Sciences, our Master's programme offers a detailed in-depth look at the field of creative competence.

All applicants must be qualified to study at an Austrian university.

German language skills
Please note that the degree programme is conducted in German language! A proof of language proficiency is part of the admission requirements. A very good command of the German language is necessary. Minimum: B2 level, Common European Framework of Reference for Languages, CEFR.
The Salzburg University of Applied Sciences does not offer any German language courses prior to admission to a study programme. Prospective students have to take care about that on their own responsibility.
