This programme is designed to develop innovative leaders and managers who can influence the quality and efficiency of health and social care services. Intended for those who wish to pursue a career in leadership or management within the health and social care sector, the degree develops your knowledge and understanding of health and social care systems. You will explore complex issues relating to service integration while acquiring leadership and management skills and research capacity to improve cross-boundary service delivery, coalition building, cost efficacy and governance of holistic patient-led care.
