Course overview
This course offers you exciting opportunities to explore more than 100 years of film. It allows you to add practical experience to an academic degree, offering both an intensive intellectual experience and the chance to learn the skills necessary for moving image production. Approximately two-thirds of your degree comprises textual study, research and the acquisition of academic skills, in addition to the development of a broad range of transferable skills that help make you highly employable. One third of your degree encompasses practical workshops and projects which develop skills in filmmaking, production design, scriptwriting, logistics and project management.
