Course overview
Our course is designed for anyone who enjoys delicious food with a bit of a kick. Over the years Spanish foods have had the most influence on Mexican cuisine. Products such as chilli peppers, limes, avocados, tortillas, tacos and coriander all play a very important role in the Mexican kitchen. During the course, you will learn how to cook a mixture of different traditional dishes varying from Burritos, Tacos, Empanadas to Churros and desserts using tropical fruits. You will also learn knife skills and new preparation techniques as well as new flavour combinations that will make you a better cook.
