Course overview
This course will expand on the creative skills and knowledge mastered in the Introduction to Sugar Flower class.
On the course you will create a Wedding Bouquet as the flowers and foliage made over the 10 weeks of the course will be collected and put together to make a bouquet suitable for a wedding cake or other celebration cake
Flowers included in this course will be casablanca lily, roses, snowberries, bridal gladioli, tuberose - including buds and leaves for each of the flowers. You will learn helpful techniques in flower assembly, dusting, steaming and glazing for effect in creating stunning sprays. Lots of hints and tips given throughout the course. Flowers may vary.
