Course overview
This is an exciting course which provides you with the skills and knowledge necessary to gain employment in the hospitality industry. This course focuses on food and beverage service, front office and accommodation services, food production and hospitality administration.
This course will successfully prepare you for articulation to HNC Hospitality and develops your employability skills to allow you to work in the main sectors of the hospitality industry including restaurants, bars, hotels, event and contract catering at a practical level, serving and dealing with customers.
Please note: If you want to pursue a career as a professional chef, you should apply for Professional Cookery year one or two.
