Course overview

Having skilled and professional managers who understand how to effectively and efficiently manage their buildings and services is a critical success factor for many businesses and organisations in the modern world.  As a result, Facilities Management has become one of the fastest growing professions in the UK.

This award is aimed at those working within the sector at a middle management level, or those aspiring to do so.  The qualification is both nationally and professionally recognised and was designed with input from industry partners to meet the diverse needs of the Facilities Management workforce, offering an enhanced pathway to those within both a hard and soft Facilities Management environment.

You will attend workshops at the college every 4th Friday, complemented by distance learning between workshops.
