Course overview
Have you caught the baking bug or always wanted to give baking a try? Do you just what to try something knew?
This course will introduce you to the art of craft baking. You'll use professional recipes to make a selection of delicious bakery products that you can replicate at home to wow your friends and family.
The classes take place in a commercial bakery teaching environment, led by a fully trained baker and confectioner, who will offer you hints and tips on how to get the best from your baking.
You will also be able to learn bakery processes and techniques explained in a relaxed and friendly environment.
