Course overview

Do you love an Afternoon Tea?  Come along to the College and create your own delights. You will pick up great patisserie skills from the chef whilst learning how to perfect your scones, heavenly victoria sponge and mouth-watering strawberry tarts. 

This course will run on the first Saturday of every month.

What you study

With the assistance of a Chef Lecturer, you will develop techniques such as piping, shaping, filling, and decorating to allow you to create your very own Afternoon Tea event for family and friends.

Teaching How the course is taught

Demonstration led class with hands-on cooking experience.

Additional Information Materials

All materials will be provided.

Dress code

Comfortable wear suitable for the kitchen and an apron.
