Course overview
Today’s managers and leaders need to successfully navigate a disruptive and continually changing organisational landscape. Within a volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous (VUCA) environment, their performance is being challenged in unrelenting ways.
Now more than ever, successfully embedding a sense of leadership into an organisation can be the difference between success and failure, or mere survival versus profitability. Whether it is a private, public or non-profit organisation, strategic leadership development is an essential ingredient to organisational resilience and sustained relevancy.
Our MA in Leadership and Management seeks to accelerate the mind-set of managers in order to help them to become responsible, reflective, and strategic leaders in any given field.
Our programme has been newly redesigned to reflect the changing pace of organisational decision-making where traditional management theories and practices may no longer be fit for purpose.
There are three recurring themes throughout the programme: relevancy, responsibility and reflection as these three traits underpin effective management and leadership.
