- Here you'll go further than traditional mechanical engineering, focusing on the 'brains' of modern machines: algorithm design, AI systems, and computer design
- Our Autonomous Discovery Hub, developed with government and industry support, gives you the space to work with simulation tools, sensors, and autonomous hardware used in real engineering systems
- An optional placement year will open doors to leading defence contractors, robotics companies, and aerospace organisations
- You'll graduate ready for roles in advanced engineering, whether that's defence, autonomous systems, smart-manufacturing or innovative research.
