Course overview
The media - newspapers, radio, television, the Internet - play an increasingly important part in our lives. It is therefore important to understand the changing role of the media in the past as well as the present. By combining History with Journalism, via this course, you will gain an intellectual and wide-ranging academic foundation, develop a critical understanding of the past and contemporary issues and learn the skills and knowledge to help you pursue a successful career in journalism.
