This course is designed to provide students with appropriate training and theoretical background to equip them to work as professional interpreters and/or translators. The course consists of a key field of study in Interpreting and Translation and a major in language, linguistics and cultural studies. Students also complete a period of professional practical experience and sit for capstone examinations which qualify them to seek Certification by the National Accreditation Authority for Translation and Interpreters [NAATI].
