About Strategic Management of Information Systems, Master Degree - at Vilnius University

This programme aims to train qualified specialists in the field of strategic information systems management, able to analyse and professionally assess the search for ways to strengthen the competencies of modern organisations, questions of innovation in the field of information technologies and systems, and the development of skills in leadership and goal-setting.

The study programme combines two related and especially relevant market fields:  the potential for technological innovation and the strategic aspect of performance support, which is understood as the use of information systems for the implementation of organisations’ strategies. During the course of your studies, you will learn information systems design methods, strategic decision support systems, and search for knowledge integration opportunities between IT and strategic solutions. You will analyse interactions between Information Systems and users. You will learn about project management with PMP methods.
