Programme Overview

The curriculum combines mandatory core programmes with a range of elective options to tailor the learning experience. The programme offers two specialised tracks: ASTROphysics (astronomy-oriented track), focusing on observational astronomy and celestial mechanics, and astroPHYSICS (theoretical physics track), emphasising cosmology, gravitation, and astrophysical modelling. With a hands-on approach, students engage in real-world research in fields such as black holes, gravitational waves, heliophysics, and astroparticle physics, working closely with international faculty and gaining experience in observational and theoretical methods.
