About Management & Human Resources MSc, MSc - at University of Worcester
The Management and Human Resources MSc develops your understanding of the theories, models and strategies relevant to the management of people.
The course begins with a group of three core modules – Marketing Management, Organisational Leadership & Management and Financial Management – designed to cover key concepts in the critical areas of management decision-making.
In the second semester, you will study a core module in International Business Strategy, plus two HR specialist modules. In addition, you will follow a module in Research Methods, designed to prepare you for your Dissertation.
The course will focus on 'real world' business perspective which you can apply in specific areas, with the chance to further investigate your chosen specialism through an independent research project.
Alongside your academic development, you will be able to develop your key transferable skills, including:
