Course overview
The Postgraduate Diploma Human Resource Development and Organisational Change will enable you to operate in a middle to senior strategic management HR/HR Development and Organisational Change advanced practitioner role, or as a middle to senior line manager or consultant. It will enable you to make contributions to the development of an organisation, particularly in the arena of organisational development, change and transition.
As a student on this part time Diploma in HR Development and Organisational Change you will have the opportunity to initiate or improve your critical understanding of complex managerial, HR, HR development and organisational change issues. The course will develop the knowledge, skills and attributes appropriate to middle and senior management and advanced practitioners in the HR development field.
The course will help you to develop leadership skills, management competency and HR skills appropriate to middle and senior management and advanced practitioners engaged in organisational change and development. It will support development of an informed approach to professional practice.
Entry requirements
