This module is aimed at anybody who would like to become a work-based coach or introduce a coaching programme to their organisation.

Further Information
You will be required to attend two teaching days at the Carmarthen campus. These days will provide you with a secure foundation to begin your study. Throughout this module you will be supported by a Tutor. This support can either be face-to-face, via telephone, e-mail or Skype - or a mix of all these.
